Current Positions Available: 

  • DELIVERY HELPER
    • Duties include assisting in the delivery and set-up of new appliances as well as the removal of old appliances from a consumer's home.
    • Qualifications:
      • Must be reliable, friendly and able to work in a fast paced, physically demanding, team environment with a strong commitment to customer service.  Communication skills, ability to remain courteous, enthusiastic, and tactful at all times are a must.
      • Ideal candidate should be dependable, available to work weekends, have excellent people skills, and a willingness and ability to learn.
    • Full Time and Part-Time Positions Available.  Shift begins at 7am.

 

  • SERVICE & INSTALLATION SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
    • This position is at our Lancaster corporate office.
    • Duties include fielding inbound and outbound inquiries for our Service and Installation Department as well as general office tasks.
    • Qualifications:
      • Must be reliable, friendly, and able to work in a fast paced office environment with a strong commitment to Customer Service.
      • Ideal candidate should have excellent communication, telephone, computer, and problem solving skills as well as the willingness and ability to learn.
      • Experience in a call center environment is a plus
    • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.  Our Service & Installation Department operates 6 days a week ( Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 7PM & Saturday 8:30AM - 2:30PM )
