Ordering at Orvilles.com
Orville's online shopping cart makes it easy to shop and purchase what you want, when you want it.
Step One: Your Shopping Cart
- Placing an Item in Your Cart:
After locating your item simply click the "Add To Cart" or "Add One To Cart" button, answer any of the prompted questions, and click "Continue". The item is now in your cart. To verify simply click "Cart" in the top menu bar. You may continue shopping by clicking on your desired Brand or Product Type in the top menu bar or search for a specific item using our "Search The Store" box.

- Changing Item Quantities:
To purchase more than 1 of any item in your shopping cart, change the number in the "Quantity" box and click the "Update" button.
- Removing an Item From Your Cart:
To remove an item from your shopping cart, click the "Remove" button.
Step Two: Order Checkout
- Once you have completed placing all of your items in to your cart, click the "Cart" button in the top button bar.
- Verify the items and quantities and click the "Checkout" button.
- You will then be presented with our Customer Agreement. Please read through and scroll to the bottom of the screen to click the "Agree" button and continue to make your purchase.
- Enter all required information into the spaces provided. You only need to fill in the "Bill To" information if it differs from the "Ship To" information. Click "Continue" when finished.
- Select your shipping option and payment option. Click "Continue".
Step Three: Order Confirmation
- Verify all of the information is correct. If you have chosen "COD" as your payment type simply click "Continue" and your order is placed. For credit card payment, enter your account information and click "Continue". Your order is now complete. Please print or save a copy for your records.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us instantly notifying you that you successfully placed an order with Orvilles.com. If you paid by credit card you will get a second email from Authorize.Net informing you that your card has been processed.
- You will be contacted within 24 hours for orders placed Sunday thru Thursday and on the following Monday for orders placed Friday or Saturday to verify stock availability and set up a delivery or pick up date.
